STEPHAN, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a jury conviction of sodomy, § 566.060, RSMo 1978. Defendant was sentenced in accordance with the verdict to a period of five years. We affirm.

Anthony R_, a child of nine years at the time of the incident, was the victim of the sexual assault. Anthony testified that while he was waiting for his cousin at about 6:30 p.m., on January 18, 1980, outside a grocery store, a man grabbed him by the neck and forced him to walk to nearby Lafayette Park.
