This discrimination and civil rights case is before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff Anastasia Wootten seeks summary judgment on her Due Process claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants Richard Holcomb, Joseph Hill, and Jeannie Thorpe because she was not provided adequate process when fired from her job with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (“DMV”).
