(Applicant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (trial court) affirming the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Darby (ZHB) to deny Applicant’s application for a permit to allow continued use of a portion of Applicant’s nonconforming property for storage, warehouse and/or office use.
