JOHNSON, Justice.

This action was filed by W. C. Gill, defendant in error, hereafter referred to as plaintiff, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, seeking an accounting, dissolution and distribution of partnership assets against the plaintiffs in error, hereafter referred to as defendants.
