I am writing in response to your request for an opinion on three questions concerning the fee chargeable by circuit clerks for issuing writs of garnishment and writs of execution.1 Specifically, your questions arise in light of Act 615 of 2007, which is codified at A.C.A. § 21-6-306 (Supp. 2007).
