On February 7, 1910, M. A. Haskett sold and conveyed by general warranty deed to J. W. Poole, all of block 18, consisting of 12 lots, numbered from 1 to 12, inclusive, in Ingleside addition to the town of Quanah, Tex. As part of the consideration for the 12 lots Poole executed and delivered to Haskett his three promissory notes of even date with the deed, payable to the order of Haskett, for the sum of $240 each, numbered 1, 2, and 3, respectively, and due in one, two, and three years after their date.
