This matter comes before the Court upon the complaint (the "Complaint") filed by Andrea Dobin, chapter 7 trustee (the "Trustee"), against defendants Shaun Golden, Sheriff of Monmouth County (the "Sheriff"), and Manasquan Savings Bank ("Manasquan") (collectively "Defendants").
