Order of Supreme Court, New York County (Peggy Bernheim, J.), entered June 8, 1983, granting defendant’s motion to set aside a jury verdict of guilty of burglary in the second degree on the basis of newly discovered evidence, unanimously reversed, on the law, the motion to set aside the verdict denied, and the verdict reinstated. The case is remitted to Criminal Term for imposition of sentence.
