Michalski and Norman Schwartz (hereafter referred to as plaintiffs) from a judgment order entered by the trial court on May 26, 1959 determining the fair value of common stock of the Advance Aluminum Castings Corporation (hereafter referred to as defendant), in a declaratory judgment action brought by plaintiffs, who were shareholders, under section 73 of the Business Corporation Act (111.
