This action arises out of allegations by the Plaintiff Prompt Nursing Employment *197Agency LLC (the “Plaintiff’) that the Defendant Jericson B. Valdez (the “Defendant”) breached a contract between them, and tortiously interfered with the Plaintiffs business opportunities and its contracts with other nurses.
