BREWSTER, District Judge.
The alien, upon whose behalf this petition for writ of habeas corpus was filed, was denied admission into the United States when he arrived at Boston, on July 8, 1927.
From records in the Department of Immigration, and from documents submitted at the hearing, it appears that on May 28, 1924, this alien arrived at Boston on the steamship Tiradentes, which had come from Buenos Aires, and on which he had signed-as a seaman. Upon his arrival at Boston, he was discharged and allowed to land for the purpose of reshipping foreign. He did not reship on board any vessel bound…
