HOUSER, Commissioner.

This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court overruling a motion to set aside a default judgment. Plaintiff, a corporation engaged in architectural and engineering consulting, filed suit in the magistrate court in two counts for services rendered, but not paid for, in the preparation of working drawings for the construction of several buildings. Count I was based on the theory that defendant entered into a contract to pay $450 for such services.
