Plaintiffs are employees who participate in 401(k) retirement plans (the "Retirement Plans") offered by their employers. The Retirement Plans contracted with Defendants to provide a series of collective investment trusts (the "Principal CITs") for the Plaintiffs to invest in for retirement purposes.
