The defendant, Jay Crooker, was convicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2 (Supp. 1993), following a jury trial in Superior Court (Hollman, J.). On appeal, the defendant argues that the trial court erred by permitting the State to amend its bill of particulars four days before the trial in violation of his right to due process under the State and Federal Constitutions. We affirm.
