This appeal is from a judgment refusing the probate of a purported will of Mary Jane Lord executed by mark on June 6, 1923, prior to her death on August 19, 1926, entered pursuant to a jury’s verdict to the effect that she did not have testamentary capacity at the time she so signed the instrument; in the paper so discarded she had recited that all of her property should go to her four sons, Leonard, John,, William, and Homer Lord, and to her grandson, Raymond Lord, no part of her estate being left therein to any of her daughters, of whom she had six living at the time of her…
