This is an original proceeding before this’ court to review an award of the State Industrial Commission made and entered on the 30th day of December, 1931, in favor of Charles D. Bcll-myer, claimant. It appears from the record that claimant sustained an accidental personal injury on September 30, 1930, while in the course of his employment with the Dover Oil Oomlpany, toy reason of. falling some seven feet from an oil well pulling machine to the ground, breaking claimant's ankle and injuring his back.
