OPINION

WADE, Judge.

The defendant, Clarence Lee Williams, appeals from his conviction for aggravated sexual battery. The trial court imposed a nine-year sentence.

The following issues have been presented for review:(1) whether the trial court properly rejected an offered plea of guilt to a lesser offense; and(2) whether the trial court erroneously permitted evidence of a prior bad act.

We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
