— Presently before the court is the motion of the defendant to dismiss the petition for dissolution filed by the plaintiff. A hearing was held on June 16, 1997, and briefs of both parties have been submitted and considered.

BACKGROUND

On April 16, 1997, the plaintiff, John Terry Rack, brought suit against the defendant, Anu Steel Wire Company Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, seeking to dissolve the corporation.
