Abdul Mounem A1 Milaji appeals an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals. Having jurisdiction under 8 U.S.C. § 1252, this court denies the petition for review.

A1 Milaji, a Syrian citizen, entered the United States in 2000. He applied in 2003 for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture. The application claimed that the Syrian government tortured Al Milaji during his compulsory military service and later prevented him from working in the country.
