This matter comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint (Docs. ## 28, 30) filed on April 5, 2016 and April 6, 2016 and Plaintiffs Response in Opposition (Doc. # 35) filed on April 19,2016. For the reasons set forth below, Defendants’ Motions are denied.
