Plaintiff Carolyn Wine has brought suit against EMSA Limited Partnership (“EMSA”), the County of Delaware and six named correctional officers to recover for injuries she allegedly sustained as a result of the improper medical treatment she was allegedly given upon her arrest. Plaintiff seeks damages against EMSA based on a negligence theory and against all other Defendants for violations of her civil rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
