RAGLAND, J. —

This case comes to the writer on reassignment. It is a suit on five policies of insurance, for the aggregate sum of $112,500 with interest, issued by defendant on the life of George Henry Prange. All of them are of the class known as non-participating life policies; the first provides for additional accidental death benefit and total disability benefit, otherwise their provisions are precisely the same.
