OPINION OF THE COURT ON REMAND

WOLD, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted on 7 September 1982, by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial, of larceny (two specifications) and assault and battery, violations of Articles 121 and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 928 (1982), respectively. Appellant was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for three years and six months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the grade of Private E-l.
