TERRY McCALL, Justice.
The jury convicted Anthony Finley Wil-liford of 34 counts of the third degree felony of possession of child pornography. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 43.26 (Vernon 2003). The jury assessed punishment at 10 years confinement and a $10,000 fine for each count. We affirm.
