Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Ira Globerman, J.), rendered September 9, 1994, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of *368reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and resisting arrest, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to consecutive prison terms of 2 to 4 years, 2 to 4 years and 1 year, unanimously affirmed.

The verdict was supported by legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence. There was ample evidence to support the elements of reckless endangerment in the first degree…
