Defendant appeals from the judgment of the district court, Lewis and Clark County, sitting without a jury. The district court entered judgment for plaintiff and decreed that plaintiff recover from defendant the sum of $5,450 in real estate broker’s commissions plus reasonable attorney fees in the amountof $400.
