The only question in this case is, whether the allegations in the bill show that the petitioner has a good title to the property in question. It is to be remarked, in the first place, that this is a question of pleading merely. It regards only the petitioner’s allegations of title. The deeds in which that title originated are not recited. What their terms are we are not informed, and we are not called upon to give them a construction. The petitioner’s allegations in relation to his title are, in substance, that William A. and Edward A. Parsons of Newtown were partners, and were insolvent;…
