OPINION OF THE COURT

FLETCHER, Judge:

The appellant was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a special court-martial in Schweinfurt, Germany, during August and September 1978. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of possession of 366 grams of marihuana, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 75 days, partial forfeitures and reduction to the pay grade of E-1.
