MORTON, District Judge.

This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus on behalf of Nora' Joyce, an alien immigrant who is detained by the immigration officials at the Port of Boston for deportation.

[1, 2] Of course, this court has no jurisdiction of the matter unless the alien has been denied a fair hearing by the immigration authorities. Low Wah Suey v. Backus, 225 U. S. 460, 32 Sup.
