— The appellees, John A. Eitter and Theophilus P. Carter, under the firm name of Eitter & Carter, presented to the appellant for allowance two claims or accounts, each for medical and surgical services rendered by them, at the request of the township trustee, to paupers of Orange county. Each of these claims was disallowed by the appellant, and from its action in each case an appeal was taken by the claimants to the circuit court of the county.
