Alice M. Sloss seeks reversal of the summary- judgment granted for defendants-appellees Case Western Reserve University (hereafter “University”) and the Industrial Commission of Ohio (hereafter “commission”). The judgment had the effect of denying her workers’ compensation for injuries she suffered in a fall in a parking lot as she left her job at the university.

For the reasons given below, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and remanded.

There is no dispute as to the following facts:
