WILBUR, Justice.

[¶ 1.] Vincent Fast Horse appeals the denial of his request for habeas corpus relief. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

[¶ 2.] Fast Horse was indicted by a grand jury in September 2007 for the crimes of first-degree kidnapping, second-degree rape, and aggravated assault. The State also filed a part two information, which alleged that Fast Horse had been previously convicted of two felonies.
