{¶ 1} Teresa Pulaski, appellant, is appealing the judgment of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, which found her guilty of two counts of vehicular assault.

{¶ 2} Teresa Pulaski drove herself and her friend, Ryan Ladd, to a bar known as Cadillac Jack’s in her Pontiac Grand Am. At the bar, they met another friend, Jennifer Phillips. While at Cadillac Jack’s, the girls shared a pitcher of beer, and each had at least one shot of tequila. Pulaski and Phillips recalled that Pulaski and Ladd had then followed Phillips home in Pulaski’s car so that Phillips could leave…
