THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Stanislav Pavlenko’s Motion In Limine to Admit Polygraph Evidence [ECF No. 532], On February 15, 2012, the Court held a preliminary conference and hearing to determine if Defendant should be given an evidentiary hearing concerning the admissibility of his polygraph examination evidence at trial.
