Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), entered April 7, 2000 in Albany County, *853which granted plaintiffs motion for leave to amend the complaint to add defendants Robert F. O’Koniewski and East Hudson Community Care Physicians, P. C.
