BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Paula Denogean challenges her conviction and sentence following her plea of guilty to conspiring to possess with intent to distribute marijuana. Specifically, Defendant maintains for the first time that the government violated her Fifth Amendment guarantee against double jeopardy by bringing criminal proceedings against her after forfeiting her property in a parallel civil forfeiture action. Defendant also contends the district court erred in finding she was an “organizer, leader, manager, or supervisor in any criminal activity,” U.S.S.G. § 3B1.1(a)…
