GOLDEN, Justice.
John Lawler Resor (Father) appeals from the district court’s order establishing primary physical custody of their children with Sarah Phelps Resor (Mother). After examining the record, we find the district court considered all of the evidence before it and properly used its discretionary power when it determined it was in the best interest of the children to be in Mother’s physical custody with liberal visitation privileges to Father.
