The appellant was indicted, tried, and convicted of murdering one Maurice Rush and sentenced to death, from which he appeals.

There are many assignments taken to the qualifications of the jurors; a separate assignment being made in the case of each juror challenged. These assignments, however, go to the qualification on their voir dire, and relate to the expression of an opinion, or the entertaining of an opinion, of the guilt or innocence of the accused.
