LAND, Justice.

Plaintiffs, Mrs. Hortense Provost Gonsoulin, Mrs. Antoinette Provost Druilhet, and Mrs. Rita Provost Minvielle, are the forced heirs of Joseph A. Provost, who died in the Parish of Iberia in’ this State on October 10, 1932, leaving a large and valuable estate, including a sugar plantation, and sugar refinery, lands, stocks bonds, monies, claims, accounts and other assets.

Petitioners and their brother, Albert Sidney Provost, who died before his father, unmarried and intestate, were his only children, and were all born of the second marriage of Joseph A. Provost to Mrs. Eleonor…
