SENTENCING MEMORANDUM
MARBLEY, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
The Defendants, Marilyn A. Coleman, Mitchell V. Kaminski, and Ovimmune, Inc., came before the Court for sentencing on April 29, 2005. The Court found that Defendants Coleman and Kaminski had a to tal offense level of 10 and a Criminal History Category of I, resulting in a guideline imprisonment range of 6-to-12 months.
