This cause was brought in the district court for the dissolution of an alleged partnership and for an accounting, the plaintiff alleging by his petition, among other things, that he has been ousted from the partnership business, that the same is being conducted by his alleged partner, one of the defendants, that the latter is in possession of the partner-ship property, and refuses to allow the plaintiff any voice, share or interest in said business, or to account therefor.
