Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Melkonian, J.), entered November 5, 2013 in Ulster County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the compliant.
Plaintiff commenced this action alleging that she sustained a serious injury under the significant limitation of use and 90/ 180-day categories of Insurance Law § 5102 (d) as a result of a July 2007 motor vehicle accident.
