— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the New York City Transit Authority, dated October 1, 1981, which, after a hearing, found petitioner guilty of certain misconduct and dismissed him from his position as a collecting agent. Petition granted, on the law, without costs or disbursements, determination annulled and the petitioner is restored to duty with full back pay less any compensation which he may have earned in any other employment and any unemployment insurance benefits he may have received.
