— Nettie D. Parchen instituted this action, ostensibly to quiet title to a tract of land at Grand- view, in Yakima county. Actually, the purpose of the action was to cancel a contract for the purchase of the property, held by defendant Barlow, as vendee. From judgment for plaintiff, Barlow appeals.
