This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Oklahoma county in favor of certain interveners in a controversy growing out of an action to foreclose a materialman’s lien.

By a partial judgment entered August 11, 1947, by agreement of the parties then before the court, reserving for future determination issues affecting certain parties, the rights of the mortgagee and the materialmen were adjudicated. That left only a controversy between plaintiff in error, Willie Mae Lain Bowen, William B. Vance, and H. B. King, receiver for Mutual Construction Company and mutual brokerage…
