THIS MATTER was heard before the undersigned on September 9, 1985 at Charlotte, North Carolina upon motion of the Plaintiff for a preliminary injunction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65. The Plaintiff seeks to enjoin the Defendants from using in any unauthorized manner the service mark “STAR CHASERS,” or any mark or term confusingly similar thereto, in connection with the development, production or distribution of any film, film series, or animation.
