— The plaintiff brought this action to recover compensation for personal injuries sustained while working for defendants in their home.

It is alleged in the complaint that plaintiff is seventy years old, weighs approximately one hundred ninety pounds, and 'is short in stature. April 21, 1947, she was employed by defendants to perform housework in their home and had worked as a domestic in the home one day each week for a considerable period of time, prior to the date of the accident.
