Order unanimously modified and, as modified, affirmed, without costs, in accordance with the following memorandum: Plaintiff Victor Temporary Services is engaged in the business of providing temporary secretarial and office help to businesses. Defendant was branch manager of plaintiff’s Rochester office for approximately nine years and while so employed executed an agreement with her employer which provided that upon termination of her employment, she would not directly or indirectly for a period of one year after termination of the agreement engage in competition with her employer.
