This is a consolidated appeal from two separate summary judgments granted in favor of appellees, Williams Brothers Construction Co., Inc. (‘Williams”), C.C. Express, Inc. (“Express”), and Mathes K. Zachary (“Zachary”). Appellants, Carolyn Gonzales Garza and Enrique Garza, brought a personal injury action arising out of an automobile collision against appellees. Appellees filed their motions for summary judgment alleging that the suit was barred by the statute of limitations, and the trial court granted both motions.
