(HAL) *322formed seven subsidiary companies, OPT Holdings and OPT II through VII (OPT entities), to accomplish the purchase and sale of 30 condominium units in a building developed and constructed by another company. Some of the subsequent consumer purchasers and the Homeowners’ Association (Owners) brought suit because they did not receive sales documentation to which they felt they were entitled under the Washington Condominium Act (Act), chapter 64.34 RCW.
